Because the topics of energy and environmental transitions affect us all, it was natural and essential to conceive an event concept integrating these dimensions. Whether in terms of communication or production, from its conception to the post-show, CFIC is an exhibition designed, conceived, and imagined to be in line with a responsible approach.

Our CSR actions planned 

Use of recycled or recyclable materials

→ Carpet-free aisles
→ Stands with recyclable carpets
→ Use of carpet tiles
→ Carpet and brushed cotton are recycled after the show

Waste sorting and management

To present an event in line with our values, we make waste sorting and management one of our priorities. That is why we distribute recycling bags to each stand. 

Energy

We limit heating to 19°C during exhibition opening hours. The stands are equipped with LED lighting that is switched off during closing hours. 

Reducing materials

Without doubt one of the most effective initiatives, the reduction in paper printing significantly reduces the environmental impact of the show. 

Carbon footprint

Encouragement of car-sharing, re-use of signage, reduction of carpet consumption, reduction of our waste, dematerialization of invitations, etc.

Printed badges are no longer compulsory

→ Dematerialised, available by telephone, directly in your personal CFIC space

Recycling your printed badges

→ No need for plastic sleeves, we can provide you with crocodile clip neck lanyards.
→ Badges and necklaces are collected at the end of the show,
→ They are recycled and cleaned for reuse.
