Description
Newly developed recyclable mono PE laminate consisting of 2 two layers of specially developed polyethylene film to replace the industry standard non recyclable PET/PE laminates used for liquid hand soap packaging.

The outer MDO-PE layer has been developed as a printing substrate, replacing PET that is current industry standard, it also impart stiffness and heat resistance functions. The inner, sealant PE specifically designed for welding and mono PE laminate compatibility. Dedicated mono PE conversion and spouting units ensure tight, impact resistant packaging. Such a high PE content, with an overall density less than 1g/cm3, enables the pouch to be rated as fully recyclable according to well-recognized recyclability guidelines e.g., CEFLEX D4ACE, RecyClass Design for Recycling Guidelines, and last but not least How2recycle ARP guidelines.
Recyclability does impact not only packaging itself but also end-of-life scenarios too. From such a perspective introduced packaging concept is designed with better circularity.
