Lush invests £2.3m to make its Dorset hub even greener
Description
Opened in 2015, Lush's Green Hub offered new ways to reuse, repurpose, repair or recycle co-products from the production of its cosmetics. After 2 years of work and £2.3 million of investment, the new center has opened its doors. 3 times larger than the old one, it can recycle 20 tons of waste, compared with 2.5 tons previously, and also wash towels from the brand's Spas, taking care of wastewater treatment.
